We ask that you keep the bus clean. Once at the drop off point, we will not open the luggage bays until all garbage is picked up and disposed of
properly; garbage bags are aboard the coach for your convenience.
Alcohol: A banquet permit (Washington State) must be presented to the driver before any alcohol can be brought aboard the coach. (Subject to all
laws where the coach is operating. No alcohol is allowed in Canada). If alcoholic beverages are brought on board our vehicles, a $200 deposit is
required. Alcohol deposits will be refunded after completion of the trip if coach is left in good condition. Please allow 10 working days for refund to be
processed.
ADA/Handicap: A portion of the NW Navigator fleet is ADA accessible, and NW Navigator accommodates customers with handicaps or other special physical or
medical needs.Advance notice of a minimum 72 hours is required to accommodate these needs.
Baggage: NW Navigator assumes no risk for handling baggage and other passengers' property and is not liable for any loss of such items stored
anywhere in the motorcoach. Passengers may only bring baggage and other property in an amount that can be conveniently carried in the
motorcoach. Each passenger is responsible for removing all of their personal property and baggage from the interior of the motorcoach at the end of
each travel day and when the trip ends.
Beverages: Should be consumed from cans, plastic bottles or cups. Absolutely no glass containers.
Cancellation Fees: 24 hour notice for full refund of reservation.
Chaperones: Must be over the age of 21. Minimum of 3 chaperones are required if minors are being transported. They must place themselves
throughout the coach, rear, middle, and front. No minors are allowed on the coach unless accompanied by a chaperone; there is no exception to this
rule.
Compliance with Laws: All itineraries must allow the driver and the Company to comply with all Federal, State and local regulations or ordinances.
Drivers are limited to: a) 15 consecutive hours on duty in any one day (including ½ hour driver preparation; and b) of this 15 hours, a maximum of 10
hours may be actual driving hours.
Departure: For safety and D.O.T. regulations, all passengers need to exit the coach once it reaches its destination, and may only re-enter at the
specified time listed on the charter confirmation.
Payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for payment, and if balance has not been received by scheduled due date, we will automatically charge the client's credit card. Any additional charges accrued during the charter, will be charged immediately following trip to the credit card on file, or will be invoiced and due upon receipt.
Liability: NW Navigator does not assume liability for products or services not produced or supplied by NW Navigator.
Notice: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We can terminate the charter for any reason, or if any illegal substance is used, found, or
suspected to be in the possession of anyone on the motorcoach, or if a minor appears to be intoxicated or incapacitated; proper authorities will
contacted. No Refunds will be given for a charter which service is terminated due to illegal substances or activities, this includes pornography.
Additional Charges: Charges will be billed to the person or group chartering if damages or excessive cleanup is required after the run is
completed. We reserve the right to charge at cost plus 25% for any extraordinary interior or exterior cleaning or repair work that is required to return the coach to its pretrip
condition. Any additional charges accrued during the charter will be charged immediately following the trip to the credit card on file, or will be invoiced and due upon
receipt. $45.00 per occurrence
Standing While Coach is in Motion:All passengers must stay seated while the coach is underway, as the coach may start and stop suddenly. Passengers are
requested not to change seats or utilize the restroom when the coach is in motion unless exercising extreme caution. NW Navigator will not be responsible for injuries to
passengers who stand or walk while the coach is in motion. Charter groups must provide adequate supervision and discipline.
Termination: NW Navigator reserves the right to refuse or terminate transportation to any person that displays aggressive behavior or appears to be under the
influence of alcohol, or other substances. NW Navigator reserves the right to lease equipment from other companies in order to fulfill this agreement. This company shall
not be liable for items left on the vehicle or loss of time due to mechanical failure or inclement weather. Obtaining required licenses and consents for the featuring or
playing of any recordings, copyrighted material or videotapes onboard is the sole responsibility of the booking party.
Smoking: ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED ON OUR COACHES AT ANY TIME.
